| 摘 要： | 介绍了由中冶京诚设计的三辊穿孔机的性能特点、结构改进及其技术优势。结合实验数据可见,此机型可有效降低建设成本和生产费用。无论新建还是改造升级,都值得推荐,尤其是对于以穿孔+冷拔生产工艺为代表的小型无缝钢管机组的改造或新建CPE生产线,具备有效地减少投资、降低能耗、提高产品质量、改善劳动条件等重要意义。

| Abstract: | The characteristics,structure improvement and technical dominance of 3-roll piercer designed by CERI is introduced.The machine can reduce the cost of establishing and production effectively according to experimental data.It’s recommended strongly not only establishing but also to update improvement,especially modification of small seamless pipe unit which produced by piercing added with cold-draw progress,and newly built CPE line,by lowering investment,reducing energy consumption,increasing pipe quality and improving labor condition. |
