摘    要:探讨在我国发展分布式电源技术的必要性和紧迫性,并指出在我国目前电网情况下,为了充分发挥分布式电源的作用,必须研究分布式电源并网运行时与电力系统动态之间的相互影响,如电压调节问题、电能质量问题、短路电流增大及继电保护适应性问题等。

Abstract:As one of an additional power supply manner, distributed power generation will play an important role in using renewable energy and reducing environment pollution, and it is regarded as one of the key technologies of power system in this century. The necessity and requirement of developing distributed power generation in China were discussed in this paper. And it has been concluded that it is necessary to study the interaction between distributed power generation and network when the distributed power generation operates integratedly into power system in order to exert the effect of distributed power generation in China, such as voltage regulation, power quality, short-circuit current and protection, etc.
