摘    要:为了研究等离子体 催化联合脱硝(以下简称联合脱硝)与单纯等离子体脱硝的区别,以及为选择合适的催化剂和运行条件提供指导,建立了联合脱硝实验系统,通过催化剂颗粒的装和卸,利用实验对比研究了单纯等离子体脱硝和联合脱硝特性。结果表明:联合脱硝是比单纯等离子体脱硝有更高脱硝率的脱硝新方法;分子筛Cu ZSM 5是一种很有效的催化剂型式,它能促进NO的脱除;联合脱硝应该选择较低的反应温度,升高温度能提高催化剂的活性,但抑制了等离子体的作用;水蒸气和O2在联合脱硝中可以促进NO的等离子体氧化脱除。图6参8

Abstract:In order to compare differences in effect of plasma denitration with and without catalysts, as well as for providing a guide for choosing the proper catalyst and suitable operation conditions, a combined denitration experimental installation was established, with which denitration particulars with and without addition of catalysts were compared and studied. Test results show, that compared with plain plasma denitration, a higher efficiency can be obtained by using the new combined plasma-catalyst method, among which the molecularly sieved catalyst Cu-ZSM-5 is especially effecitve in promiting NO removal. Though high temperature may enhance the catalyst's activeness, a relatively lower temperature is still recommended for combined plasma denitration, because the plasma's effectiveness would be inhibited under high temperature conditions. Moreover, using the combined method, both water vapor and O_2 were found to be beneficial for NO removal. Figs 6 and refs.8
