| 摘 要： | 比较了 10种国产大孔树脂纯化油茶皂苷的吸附和解吸性能 ,筛选出一种适合茶皂苷生产的国产苯乙烯共聚树脂 ,并对树脂的吸附及解吸性能进行了优化选择 ,所得产品纯度超过 80 % ,产品的得率 >8% ,是一种较好的生产精制油茶皂苷的方法。

| Abstract: | A styrene-divinylbenzene coploymer resin is more suitable in the absorption and elution capacity in extraction of tea saponin compared with other ten macroporous resins. Through optimized experiment, the purification of the final products can reach to 80% and the yield is more than 8%. |
