| 摘 要： | 电力线路是电力系统的重要组成部分,电力线路巡检管理是有效保证电力线路及其设备安全的一项基础工作。文章重点阐述了基于全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)并与GIS(地理信息系统)、掌上电脑(PDA)相结合的智能电力线路巡检管理系统。该系统采用客户机/服务器网络结构,由手持机和后台管理机组成,集计算机、网络通信和嵌入式技术为一体,在实现原理、可靠性、实用性和可扩展性等方面有明显优势。实际应用表明该系统能有效满足巡检工作快速、高效、及时的要求。通过变革传统巡检工作方式,积极探索出线路巡检管理的新思路、新模式,最大限度减少漏检、错检,确保电力线路长期高效稳定运行。
