浅谈智能电网建设与线损管理

加强线损管理,降低电网损耗,是国家电网公司考核各电力运行部门的一项重要经济指标,也是电力部门提升经济效益的重要手段。随着电网规模的不断扩大,电网运行方式的复杂多变,传统的人脑调度、手动操作的管理模式已不能适应电网发展要求。只有不断加快新技术的推广和应用,全面推进智能电网建设,为电网的现代化管理提供技术支撑,才能彻底打破现有管理模式,有效降低线损,使电网运行管理跨入国际先进行列。

Brief Discussion on Smart Grid Construction and Line Loss Management

As an important indicator to assess operation departments in State Grid Corporation of China,the management ability of the line loss is not only to reduce power consumption,but also to enhance the departments′ economic benefits.Because of the expanding of power grid and varied system′s operation mode,the traditional management mode by human dispatch and manual operating can not meet the development requirements of grid.Only accelerating the promotion of new technologies′ application and smart grid construction,providing technical support to modern management of power grid,the existing management mode is broke completely,reducing line losses efficiently,pushing the State Grid Corporation′s power operation ability at international advanced level.
