智能电网调度运行面临的关键技术研究

摘    要:电网调度部门的智能变革是智能电网成功实现的关键因素。首先阐述了电网调度的基本功能,接着介绍了国家电网调度中心提出的智能电网调度技术支持系统的基本要求,最后从电网实时动态监测技术、电网动态监测预警与辅助决策技术、电网运行方式在线分析技术、基于FCL的短路电流控制技术、电力系统元件参数在线辨识技术、电网经济运行与优化技术以及基于广域网的输电线路测距技术等七个方面分析了实现智能电网调度运行所面临的关键技术问题。

Abstract:The smart change of electric power dispatching is key factor to smart grid.At first,basic function of electric power dispatching is expounded.Then,the request of the smart grid plan for dispatching technical support system which is put forward by State Grid Electric Power Dispatching & Communication Center is introduced.Finally,key technologies for dispatching operation of smart grid are analyzed from electric power network real time dynamic monitoring,dynamic monitoring preventive alarm and auxiliary decis...
