摘    要:针对摩托车等轻便车辆平顺性测试的需求,基于虚拟仪器理念开发便携式车辆平顺性测试系统。合理地选择传感器、放大器、采集器等硬件设备,设计了简单实用的触发开关,组建了可以脱离计算机独立进行采集的硬件系统。参照人体振动评价方法设计开发了平顺性分析软件,可从时域法和频域法进行处理分析。实际应用表明:测试系统方便可靠,能很好地完成车辆平顺性测试分析和评价。

Abstract:Aimed at the demands of the road testing for the ride comfort of lightweight vehicles, for example motorcycles, the portable measurement system for riding comfort of vehicles is developed based on virtual instrument. The portable hardware system which can work independently and communicate with computer is developed by assembling the sensors, the amplifier and the data acquisition and designing the trigger. According to the evaluation method of human exposure to vibration, the analysis software for the evaluation of riding comfort is programmed from the time-domain and the frequency-domain. The application of the measurement system shows that the system is convenience and reliable, can be used to measure and evaluate the ride quality of vehicles.
