摘    要:随着能源日益紧缺,各大石油公司越来越重视高粘度、高含蜡及含砂油藏的开发,电潜螺杆泵也得到了更加广泛的应用。由于电潜螺杆泵在制造和使用过程中存在各种局限性,如减速器减速比过大,生产成本高,机组制造及配套难度大等。四极潜油电机的研发,能够有效解决这些问题,使电潜螺杆泵整体机组的适用范围及运行寿命显著提升,应用前景较为广泛。

Abstract:With the increasing deficiency of energy resources, oil companies have paid more and more attention on the development of high-viscosity, high wax content and sandy reservoirs, and the electric submersible screw pump has also been more widely applied. There are several limitations in the manufacturing and application of electric submersible screw pump, such as the larger reduction ratio of reducer, the high production costs and the difficulties in unit manufacturing and mating. These problems can be effectively solved by the development of quadrupole electric submersible motor, which can expand the application range and prolong the operation life of the integral unit of electric submersible screw pump, and shows extensive application prospects.
