沈阳东北世贸广场深井井点降水施工技术

摘    要:沈阳东北世贸广场设3层地下室,主楼采用钢筋混凝土筏板基础、辅楼采用带有反梁的钢筋混凝土筏板基础、裙楼采用独立柱基加防水板.基坑面积大,开挖深度较深,降水强度大,采用深井井点降水方案.介绍了井点布置、挖泥浆池、钻孔、井管安装、排水管网铺设、降水等主要施工工艺,指出降水施工中的注意事项,并制定应急预案.实践证明,该方案可确保基坑及周边建筑物安全.
