摘    要:将基尼系数的概念引入电力线路负载率均衡性评价中,提出一种新的衡量电网均衡度的指标.提出在电力需求侧配置储能装置,改善电网静态安全性的方法;利用潮流跟踪确定电力需求侧储能的最佳安装位置,并给出需求侧储能接入容量优化方法.通过算例分析,验证电力需求侧储能接入对电网的均衡度及潮流越限严重度具有较大的改善,表明所述模型的有效性.

Abstract:Introducing the concept of the Gini coefficient into the equilibrium evaluation of power line load ratio, a new index of measuring power grid balance was proposed in this paper. The iraproving scheme of power grid static safety was proposed by allocated energy storage systems (ESS) in the electric power demand side. The optimal installation locations for energy storage systems were determined by power flow tracing model, and then the optimal method of energy storage systems capacity was put forward. Then, the Matpower 30-node system was used to verify that the energy storage system in load side can improve the line load ratio index and reduce outof-limit in N - 1 fault operation condition. Results showed the described model effectiveness.
