摘    要:采用模拟人和模拟母线模拟电站带电作业的典型工况,对“等电位人员-接地体”、“等电位人员-邻相母线”、“作业相母线-作业人员-接地体”、“作业相母线-作业人员-邻相母线”4种变电站带电作业间隙进行操作冲击放电试验,获得了典型作业间隙的放电特性曲线.结合220kV变电站典型设计方案的过电压水平和间隙放电特性,采用带电作业绝缘配合方法计算得到带电作业最小电气安全距离:相地安全距离1.2m、相问安全距离2.1m、相地组合间隙1.3m、相间组合间隙2.2m.经对比分析,所得安全距离满足220kV变电站带电作业有关规定.

Abstract:The discharge characteristic curves corresponding to four kinds of substation live working gap configuration, such as "equal-potential personnel-grounding structures", "equal-potential personnel-adjacent phase bus", "operation phase bus-working personnel-grounding structures", "operation phase bus-working personnel-adjacent phase bus", were obtained by the switching impulse flashover test in this paper . Combined with the overvoltage level and the gap discharge characteristics of the 220 kV substation typical design scheme, the minimum live working electric safety distances were calculated. The safe distances of phase to ground, phase-to-phase, combined gap of phase-to-ground and combined gap of phase-to-phase are 1.2 meters, 2. 1 meters, 1.3 meters and 2. 2 meters respectively. The related regulations for 220 kV substations live safety distances are satisfied with the demands of working by comoarative analysis.
