休闲规划引领下的少数民族地区小城镇发展新策略

面对当前新型城镇化的大课题与建设美丽中国的新要求，以少数民族地区的小城镇为研究对象，在分析其地域特征与发展困境的基础上，从生态保护、经济发展、文化传承、城乡统筹、解决民生的目标出发，探讨休闲规划引领城镇化的发展新模式：并提出先策划后规划策略、场域诠释策略、生态建设策略、产业融合策略、落地指导策略五大发展新策略；同时结合新疆木华黎镇休闲区发展规划案例加以阐释，为少数民族地区小城镇的发展建设提供新思路。

New Development Strategies of Minority Small Town under the Guidance of Leisure Planning

In the face of the major issues ＂New Urbanization＂ and the new requirements of constructing ＂Beautiful China＂, small towns in ethnic minority areas are selected for the study. On the analysis of its geographical characteristics and development difficulties basis and from the ecological protection, economic development, cultural heritage, urban and rural livelihood objectives, it discusses the pattern of Leisure Planning to lead the development of urbanization, proposes five new effective development strategies as following as scheming before strategy, field interpretation strategy, ecological building strategy, industrial integration strategy, and elaborates with the case of Xinjiang Muhuali Town Recreation Area Development Planning in order to provide new ideas of the development and construction of small towns in ethnic minority areas.
