摘    要:首次以孔径仅有200nm的阳极氧化铝(AAO)为模板,采用聚合物溶液浸润模板的物理技术,通过不同方法成功制备了常规分子量的PS纳米管及其阵列结构。SEM和TEM测试结果表明,有效地调整和控制制备方法和工艺,可制备出不同管壁厚度的聚合物纳米管.也可制备出管壁带有多孔的纳米管,还可制备出纳米线。探索了多孔模板法制备聚合物纳米管的机理。

Abstract:PS nanotubes with array were prepared by depositing a solution of a high molecular weight PS (BASF) within the 200nm pores of anodic aluminum oxide(AAO). SEM and TEM results indicate that PS tubules were successfully obtained and the wall thickness of PS tubules prepared by the (2.5%), (5.0%) and (10.0%) solution are respectively 50 nm, 70 nm and 80 nm. The wall thickness of polymer nanotubes depends strongly on the concentration of PS solution. Solution wets AAO pores according to muti-times wetting mechanism and forms polymer nanotubes.
