螺管式步进比例电磁铁的设计计算

摘    要:对螺管式步进比例电磁铁结构的优化设计和动态特性进行了研究。采用无挡铁式的螺管电磁铁,力主要由漏磁通产生。由麦克斯韦电磁力公式推知,力的大小与漏磁通的方向有一定的关系,在衔铁和轭铁上开一些槽可以改变漏磁通的方向得到比较大的力。另外,采用正交优化和TABU搜索法对影响力的轭铁直径、衔铁直径、槽的尺寸等进行了优化研究,得出了最终结果。

Abstract:Presents a new kind of proportional element. Stepping Proportional Electromagnet(SPM), whose force is mainly come from leakage flux. The structure is improvement so it can do bi-directional movement.The parameter of the structure is also been optimized according to orthogonal optimization method and TABU search. At last, the dynamic characteristics are studied and an ideal result is achieved, which has been proved feasible by experiment.
