板式塔发展的新方向—并馏塔

并馏塔是国外近年来发展起来的一种新塔盘。它以在同样塔径和塔高条件下增加30％—50％的传质理论级数的优秀结果而引人注目。本文介绍了这种塔盘的结构,概述了目前的研究状况,对其理论基础进行了探索,并以某一塔设想改造为例,初步揭示了并馏塔的应用前景。

THE FUTURE OF PLATE COLUMN——PARALLEL DISTILLATION COLUMN

The parallel distillation column is a new type column tray developed in foreign countries in recent years, which has being become more and more atractive due to its increasing by 30—50％ TPN than common column at the same column diameter and height. The structure and developing state of the tray are presented in the paper, and the theoritical fundamental is explored. An improvement plan for a column is used as an example to exhibit initially the applacation of the parallel distillation column.
