电脉冲对高碳钢凝固组织的影响

摘    要:对处于熔点以上的高碳钢液施加一定时间的电脉冲,观察了不同处理时间后钢样的凝固组织,发现电脉冲能够缩小钢锭的柱状晶区域,减缓柱状晶的生长趋势,提出了一种新的改善钢液凝固过程的技术。在停止电脉冲处理后停留不同时间的情况下,柱状晶的长度不同,电脉冲处理钢液仍然存在衰退问题。此外,还对电脉冲改善金属液凝固组织的机理进行了讨论,不过尚需严格的实验来验证

Abstract:Pulse electric discharging (PED) was applied to high carbon steel liquid, and solidification structures with different PED treating time were observed. It is found that columnar crystal area was reduced and its growth was hindered. A new method to improve solidification was proposed. The columnar crystals were different in length at different intervals and problem like fading still existed after PED treatment. The mechanism that PED can improve the solidification structure was discussed but it is still subject to experimental proof.
