预警型智能包装在食品安全中的应用和设计

目的分析预警型智能包装的应用研究现状和设计要素,为智能技术在食品包装安全中的应用提供理论指导和应用依据。方法在厘清预警型智能包装概念的前提下,对国内外预警型智能包装的相关文献进行梳理和分析,并对其进行分类研究。结果按照技术原理,将预警型智能包装分为智能材料预警型、信息传导预警型、结构智能预警型等3种,设计时应注意包装预警效果的艺术化表现、包装预警机制的模式设计以及包装预警技术与设计的耦合。结论对预警型智能包装的研究丰富了包装设计理论,预警型智能包装将向着更加智能、精确和成熟的方向发展。

Application and Design of Early Warning Intelligent Packaging in Food Safety

The work aims to analyze the application research status and design elements of early warning intelligent packaging to provide theoretical guidance and application basis for the application of intelligent technology in food packaging safety. On the premise of that the concept of early warning intelligent packaging was clarified, the relevant literature of early warning intelligent packaging at home and abroad was sorted and analyzed, and the early warning intelligent packaging was classified for study. According to the technological principle, early warning intelligent packaging was classified into three types:early warning by intelligent material, early warning by information transmission and early warning by structure intelligence. In the design process, attention should be paid to the artistic expression of early warning effect, the mode design of early warning mechanism and the coupling of early warning technology and design. The research on the early warning intelligent packaging enriches the packaging design theory, and the early warning intelligent packaging will become more intelligent, accurate and mature.
