摘    要:变量泵-定量马达闭式容积调速回路由于具有线性调速、转矩恒定、高效率及高集成度等优点,在实际生产中得到广泛应用。在煤渣破碎机实际运行中,该系统经常出现补油压力过高或过低的不正常现象,长时间运行降低生产效率,甚至造成系统关键元件的损坏。结合现场实际操作条件,对各故障点按照故障率进行排序,进行机制分析并提出相应的解决方法,对现场实际操作人员有一定指导意义。

Abstract:The variable displacement pump-fixed displacement motor closed volume speed-modulating circuit which has many advantages such as linear speed output,constant torque output,high efficiency and high integration etc,is widely used in practical production.There is often an abnormal phenomenon that the replenishing pressure is too high or too low.If it runs for a long time,it will reduce the production efficiency,even damage the key hydraulic component.Based on the actual operating conditions,according to the incidence of the fault,it was sorted and the mechanism was analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed.It has certain guiding significance for practical personnel.
