摘    要:针对重型柴油机尿素选择催化还原(SCR)后处理系统的控制策略进行了研究,研究了空速、催化剂温度、催化剂对NOx的转化效率、催化剂的NH3吸附与解吸附等催化荆特性对控制策略的影响,并根据工况提出了高负荷工况和低负荷工况的动态修正.基于上述研究结果对控制策略进行优化,采用基于发动机MAP图和实际工况的稳态和瞬态修正控制策略,使所匹配的柴油机尿素SCR后处理系统达到重型柴油车国-Ⅳ及以上排放标准.

Abstract:Aimed at urea selective catalytic reduction(SCR) after-treatment system,the urea dosing control strategy was studied.Influences of the catalyst characteristic parameters,such as space velocity,catalyst temperature,NOx conversion efficiency,NH3 absorption and desorption characteristics etc.on the control strategy were explored deeply and a transient correction method in high and low load conditions was presented.Obtained results were used to optimize the urea dosing control strategy.The control strategy base...
