| 摘 要： | 客观分析了世界能源的现状以及目前出现的新能源基本概念,提出了中国发展新能源的正确道路是要坚定不移地利用好传统能源,并切实有效地开展新能源的研发并使之产业化.如果忽视了传统能源的技术进步和优化使用,盲目无绪地开展新能源的研发和应用,这将会陷入一个巨大的投资上的无底洞,甚至会丧失中国多年来在汽车和内燃机工业上积累的成果,在新能源的应用技术上有可能被发达国家再次甩在后面.
