| 摘 要： | 本文首先就变电设备状态诊断的不同模式进行了绩效分析,然后以日本中部电力公司15年的定期检修维护数据为依据对各种变电设备异常、故障发展的趋势作了定量统计分析,得出变电设备状态评价的一般规律。并以中部电力公司为例,介绍了日本状态检修的维护流程、系统平台及检修管理;最后就我国输变电设备状态检修提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | Firstly,the paper researches the performance analysis in the different methods of failure detection,then it analyzes and statistics the trends of failure on the electrical power utilities.At the same time,it introduces the process,the platform and the maintenance administration of CBM in Japan,e.g Chubu electric power.Finally,the paper gives some suggestion on Chinese CBM of the electrical power utilities. |
