试论风景名胜资源的价值

对风景名胜资源价值的正确认识，是关系到资源评价，资源有偿使用，资源永续利用的核心问题，因此以往在风景名胜资源价值上的片面认识，导致了破坏资源，过渡开发等一系列问题。文章旨在以价值的基本概念为切入点，通过借鉴资源经济学与环境经济学的相关理论，并对风景名胜资源本质属性进行理性的分析，来建立一种适应当前社会经济发展的，新型风景名胜资源价值体系，从而最终达到有效保护与利用风景名胜资源的作用。

On The Value of Scenic Resources

It is the premise of resource e-valuation,paid use and persisting utiliza-tion to have a proper understanding of scenic resource value.Because of unilateral knowledge on scenic resource value,a series of problems happened such as de-stroying resource,excessive development.The paper pays attention to the basic con-ception of value.Referring to theories of resource and environmental economics,and by logic analyzing essential attribute of scenic resource,the paper establishes a new evaluation system adapting to eco-nomic situation,which results in effective preservation and appropriate utilization of scenic resources.
