纵向翅片管在热管换热器中的应用

摘    要:文章阐述了纵向翅片管换热器用于多灰烟气流体余热回收的必要性,并分别就纵向翅片管换热器与圆翅片换热器进行了传热性能与烟气流动阻力的对比试验。结果证明在试验条件相同,热管管径及材质相同,回收热量相同的情况下,纵向翅片管除换热系数略有下降外,其流动阻力、金属耗量、制造成本均低于圆翅片管,且运行中不需吹灰,是一项有发展前途的新产品。

Abstract:This paper has indicated the necessity of using vert-ical fin tube heat-exchanger to recover the exhaust-heat from the high-ashsmoke gas. Results from the comparative tests between vertical and circlefin tube heat-exchanger in the aspects of heat exchanging performance andthe flow resistance of the smoke gas show that, under the same testing cond-ition and with the same size and materials heat tube and the same quantityheat recoved, the vertical one has better advantages in the aspects of flowresistence, metal consumption and manufacturing cost but heat exchangingcoeffccient decrease a little. And at the same time the vertical fin tube heatexchanger does not need blowing ash when operating, So it is a promisingnew product.
