C_8芳烃异构化催化剂在大型装置上的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的新一代C8芳烃异构化催化剂RIC-200在中国石化扬子石化公司芳烃厂2#大型芳烃联合装置上的工业应用情况。工业应用标定结果表明,RIC-200催化剂具有活性高、选择性高和开工过程简单的特点。在重时空速4.0 h-1的条件下,RIC-200催化剂的标定结果为异构化活性23.10%、乙苯转化率32.76%、C8芳烃收率98.06%。与国内外同类催化剂相比,RIC-200催化剂具有乙苯转化能力强、C8芳烃收率高和增产对二甲苯显著的优势。

Abstract:The industrial application of a novel C8 aromatics isomerization catalyst RIC-200 in the 2# large aromatics plant of Yangzi petrochemical company was introduced.The results indicated that the RIC-200 catalyst had several outstanding characteristics,namely high activity,high selectivity and simple starting-up.The isomerization activity,ethylbenzene conversion and C8 aromatics yield over the RIC-200 catalyst at the WHSV of 4.0 h-1were 23.10%,32.76% and 98.06%,respectively.Compared to the same type of catalysts,the RIC-200 catalyst has the distinct advantages of high ethylbenzene conversion,C8aromatics yield and p-xylene yield.
