摘    要:适应进化是一种有效的菌种筛选优化方法.该研究通过对生产木糖醇的优良菌株麦芽糖假丝酵母进行高温适应进化,获得一株耐高温进化菌株.该进化菌株在38℃条件下转化木糖生产木糖醇的能力与出发菌株在30℃条件下接近,转化率达到0.63g/g.高温发酵生产不仅容易满足炎热夏季的工业生产环境,还可以减少发酵过程的冷却水使用以及降低染菌机率,从而使该进化菌株具有极大的工业应用潜力.

Abstract:Adaptive evolution is an effective method for screening and optimizing of industrial microbes. By high-temperature adaptive evolution, a thermo-tolerant strain Candida maltosa TIB-Y1012, which could converse xylose to xylitol was obtained. The conversion rate of xylose to xylitol of the evolved C. maltosa TIB-Y1012 at 38℃ reached 0.63g/g, which is has the similar to that of the starting strain at 30℃. Xylitol production at high temperature could be not only adapt to the industrial environment in summer, but also decrease consumption of the cooling water, as well as avoiding the contamination of the harmful bacteria. Therefore, this new thermo-tolerant strain showed the great potential for industrial applications.
