细胞皿微型塑件注射模设计关键技术

摘    要:介绍了细胞皿微型塑件微注射模设计的关键技术,叙述了模温调节系统、脱模机构、抽真空系统的设计要点,设计、制造了1模2腔细胞皿微注射模,通过试模,得到了合格塑件,对微注射模的设计具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:The key technology in designing a two-cavity microinjection mould for a plastic micro cell container was presented. The design points of the mould temperature control system, demoulding mechanism and vacuum pumping system were stated.
