铅酸蓄电池负极中有机膨胀剂的定量分析及应用

摘    要:通过采用化学提纯方法,结合UV-Vis光谱仪,测量了铅酸蓄电池负极中木素磺酸钠的含量.在模拟电池充电条件下,分析了负极中微量木素磺酸钠的化学稳定性及其可能的变化.结果显示,木素磺酸钠(Vanisperse-A)在电池运行初期阶段就开始被还原降解,丧失了和金属铅的络合能力.

Abstract:To gain more understanding of the organic expander performance in negative plate analysis was made for the amount of lignosulphonate left in the negative plate of lead-acid battery with UV-Visible Spectroscopy. The result shows that the chemical structure of lignosulphonate (Vanisperse-A) will change in the initial discharge-charge process of lead-acid battery. A new mechanism of describing behavior of Vanisperse-A in the negative plate is summarized.
