摘    要:低值鱼及下脚料通常经过简单加工后被作为饲料利用或直接作为废物丢弃,不仅造成资源浪费,而且造成对环境的污染。文中阐述了利用低值鱼或下脚料加工成产品的现状、产品特点,指出开发与综合利用的方向。

Abstract:The traditional offal fish and its offcuts were usually used to process animal feeds,or be thrown away directly as a discard,which not only resul- ted in a great deal of waste of resources,but also polluted the environment.With the development of technology,the offal fish and its offcuts can be pro- cessed to product that have high added value.The pollution of environment can be solved and improve its economic value.
