| Abstract: | Probable hazard characteristics were analyzed the overhaul of petrochemical plant. In the aim of its characteristics, safety countermeasures were put forward in following seven fields: organization, preparation of overhaul plan, safety education, operation of shutting down, direct operation steps, check and monitor and logistic service etc. |
