基于Imageware和Moldflow的塑料产品逆向设计与注射成型分析

摘    要:阐述了逆向工程设计的过程和方法,利用逆向软件Imageware对头盔点云数据进行处理,划分特征线网格和曲面重构,然后将Imageware软件逆向设计的头盔三维模型导入Moldflow/MPI软件中,对头盔注射成型过程进行模拟仿真和分析,并根据填充、冷却和翘曲分析结果优化了模具结构,获得了较高质量的产品,实现了产品与模具的快速设计。

Abstract:The process and method of reverse engineering design were introduced. By using the Imageware reverse engineering software,the point cloud data of a helmet was processed; the mesh generation of characteristic lines and the surface reconstruction were carried out. Then the 3D model of the helmet established with Imageware software was introduced into Moldflow/MPI in which the injection molding process of the component was numerically simulated and analyzed.
