摘    要:介绍了固定化动物细胞培养过程中主要的技术及其进展,包括吸附、包埋、中空纤维、微囊化等。并在此基础上探讨了固定化动物细胞培养中尚存在的问题以及未来的发展方向。

Abstract:The prodution of proteins with bioactivity using culturing animal cell has become one of the most important methods in the fields of high-tech biopharmacy.This article introduces some main technology and recent development in large-scale cultivation of immobilizing animal cells,and specially focuses on several common ways of the animal cellculture,such as adsorption, entrapment,hollow fibres and encapsulation.On the basis of above-mentioned survey,the existing problems and prospects for immobilizing animal cell cultivation are discussed.
