摘    要:针对振动信号检测中信号采集的需要,介绍了一种基于USB2.0的多通道、带程控放大、可变采样率和采样时间的数据采集系统.该系统能够多通道高速连续采样,单通道最高采样率可达400 k,并具有结构简单、成本低、可靠性高等优点.从固件程序、驱动程序、动态链接库和应用软件4个方面阐述了该系统软件编程思想,并对USB2.0接口芯片CY7C68013的GPIF可编程逻辑接口与AD7899互连的控制时序及硬件电路设计原理做了深入分析.最后通过已知信号对整个系统进行测试,验证了该系统能完成多通道连续采样的可行性和准确性.

Abstract:According to the requirement of vibrating signal detection,this paper introduces a multi-channel data acquisition system,which has a programmable signal amplifier,variable sample rate and sample time.This system can sample signal on different channels simultaneously and the highest sample rate of one channel is 400k.The thoughts of the software program,including firmware,driver,DLL,application software,are briefly explained.This paper also deeply analyzes the control time sequence between the USB2.0 interface chip GPIF and analog to digital converter AD7899.In order to validate this system can sample signal veraciously and feasibly,the system is tested by the already known signal.
