随钻防漏堵漏技术机理的探讨

摘    要:钻井过程中很容易发生井漏,轻微的井漏会影响钻井工作的效率,严重的漏失则要耗费大量的生产时间及人力、物力甚至会引起诸如井塌、卡钻、井喷等一系列复杂情况与事故。所以,井漏一直是钻井工作中亟需解决的技术难题。文中介绍一种新的防漏堵漏技术——物理法随钻防漏堵漏技术,建立了基于该项技术的井下物理模型,并以流体力学为研究基础阐述了该项技术利用井下侧向水力工具的旋转射流作用在漏层裸眼井壁上形成低渗透、牢固滤饼的机理和方法,设计了水力工具的喷嘴。该技术不但达到了随钻防漏堵漏的目的,而且能有效提高漏失地层的钻井速度和降低钻井成本。

Abstract:The lost circulation is occurred easily in the process of drilling,and slight lost circulations affect the efficiency of drilling,the severe lost circulations cost a great amount of producing time,human resource and material resource,and even lead to a series of complex conditions and accidents such as hole collapse,pipe sticking and well blowout.Therefore,lost circulation has always been an urgently solved technical problem in the process of drilling.This paper introduced a new leak protection and sealing technology,that is leak protection and sealing with drilling through physical methods,and it explains the mechanism and methods that the plaster which is tight and low permeable is formed at open hole wellface through rotate jetting that is created by the lateral hydraulic tool.
