生物酶解法提取苦楝素工艺过程的研究

摘    要:采用国产纤维素酶64001131,研究生物酶解法提取苦楝树皮中苦楝素的工艺条件。优化的工艺条件为:酶解液pH值4.5,酶解温度55℃,酶解时间1.5 h,酶浓度0.15 mg/mL。在此条件下,苦楝素的提取率达2.008%。

Abstract:The process of enzymatic hydrolysis extraction of toosendanin was optimized by experiments.The optimum extraction technology was determined as follows:pH value of the enzymatic solution 4.5,enzymatic hydrolysis at 55 ℃,1.5 h for enzymatic hydrolysis time,the amount of enzyme 0.15 mg/mL and the yield of toosendanin can up to 2.008%.
