矿业城市可持续发展综合评价与政策建议

促进我国矿业城市可持续协调发展,对资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设具有重要的意义。本文在总结已有矿业持续发展理论研究的基础上,以经济、社会、资源、环境为核心,构建了反映城市经济结构、资源潜力、资源开发现状、资源综合利用与生态环境保护、社会保障与矿区和谐为要素的矿业城市可持续发展能力综合评价的指标体系,为科学评价我国矿业城市可持续发展能力提供了理论基础,同时针对当前我国矿业城市可持续发展中遇到的资源与环境瓶颈问题,尤其是城市扩张引发的资源压覆问题,提出相关政策建议。

In this paper, based on the theory of sustainable development of mining exploration, initially constructs the integrated evaluation index system of sustainable development of mining cities, which provide the theoretical foundation for the scientific evaluation of sustainable development of mining cities in china. And according to the key problems of mining cities sustainable development , author puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
