黄岩汇煤矿综合瓦斯抽采技术研究与实践

摘    要:针对黄岩汇煤矿15102工作面瓦斯涌出量大,上隅角有瓦斯超限的倾向且部分区域有突出危险性的问题,在15102工作面采用本煤层顺层钻孔抽瓦斯,高抽巷抽瓦斯,顶板走向钻孔及采空区埋管抽采瓦斯综合治理措施。在该煤层预抽瓦斯后本煤层瓦斯含量降至2.05~7.01m3/t,全区域平均4.27m3/t,基本消除15102工作面具有突出危险性的问题;高抽巷抽采浓度平均在40%,抽采纯量25m3/min。在邻近层钻孔与采空区埋管抽采瓦斯措施实施后,上隅角瓦斯浓度在0.64%以下,较好防止上隅角瓦斯超限问题。

Abstract:According to the high gas emissiond and high gas content at the upper comer in the NO.15102 coal mining face of Huangyan hui Mine with some areas of the outburst danger, a comprehensive gas drainage method combined with gas drainage in mining seam,high level gateway , adjacent layer drilling and pipeline buried in goaf was applied in No. 15102 coal mining face . In this drainage after the coal seam gas content of coal seam down to 2.05 ~ 7.01 m3 / t, an average of 4.27 m3 / t, basically eliminated 15102 face have highlight the problem of risk; the gas concentration of high level gateway at 40% on average, the extraction from scalar 25 m3 / min;afer the manners of adjacent layer and goaf buried tube drilling, concentration of gas in upper corner under 0.64%, it is better to prevent the gas overrun problem in upper corner.
