摘    要:大庆油田呼伦贝尔地区钻井过程中,钻具失效时有发生,严重影响了该地区勘探开发进度。为弄清该地区钻具失效的根本原因,运用灰关联分析的方法,对该地区钻井过程中可能引发钻具失效的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,井底温度高、钻具存放及钻井过程中的腐蚀和地层可钻性级值高且断层多,是该地区钴具失效的主要原因。根据灰关联分析的结果,从减轻导致钻具失效的主要影响因素入手,提出适合该地区预防钻具失效的措施。

Abstract:Drilling tool failure often occurs during drilling process in Hulunbeier area of Daqing oilfield. This seriously affects the exploration and development progress in this area. In order to understand the essential reason, gray correlation method is used to analyze the possible factors of the failures. The result shows that the main reasons are high bottom hole temperature, corrosion of drilling tool during storage and drilling process, high value of formation drillability, and multi-fault. Measures for preventing drilling tool failure are presented.
