| 摘 要： | 对使用82B盘条制作钢绞线过程中常见断裂现象进行了归纳总结，分析了导致脆性断裂的原因是由于盘条金相组织异常、存在大型夹杂或者盘条表面严重的缺陷。针对拉拔过程中出现表面裂纹、发生斜权状断裂的原因以及怎样减少断丝率，提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The common break phenomenon in the process of making steel strands from 82B wire rod is summed up. The abnormal microstructure and large-sized inclusions in the rod or serious defects at the rod surface lead to brittle fracture.In view of the reasons of surface crack and inclined fracture during drawing process and how to reduce fracture rate, some suggestions are put forward. |
