偏心距对偏心挤压一次成型铝合金弯管的影响

摘    要:通过Deform-3D有限元软件分析了偏心距对5052铝合金弯管曲率的影响,得到在不同偏心距下的曲率-行程曲线.结果表明,在弯曲过程中管材随着偏心距的增大呈现的弯曲越大.在同一偏心距下,弯管的曲率与行程之间呈线性变化.同时也得到了偏心距与曲率斜率之间的关系.

Abstract:In this research,the effect of the eccentric distance on curvature of 5052 aluminum alloy bending tube was analyzed based on the Deform-3D software environment.The curvature-stroke curve at different eccentric distances is obtained.The results indicate that the tube takes on a larger bend,with the eccentric distance increased during the bending process.The curvature of the bending tube takes a linear change with the increase of the stroke at the same eccentric distance.The relationship between the slope of curvature and the eccentric distance is obtained.This research has a significant effect on practical die design.
