基于Python的数控编程后置处理器设计

摘    要:提出基于Python的数控编程后置处理器的设计方法,并对标准APT刀轨文件格式进行分析,以双摆台五坐标加工机床DMU70ev为对象,运用Python的文件管理、字符处理与数值运算功能设计并开发了具有实用价值的五坐标铣削后置处理器,并在实践中证明了该方法的正确性及可行性。

Abstract:A designing method of the post processor of NC programming based on Python was proposed,and the cutter location source file format of APT was analyzed.Taking five-axis machine tools DMU70ev with double table as an object,using function of file management,characters processing and numerical calculation,an useful postprocessor of five-axis milling was developed and designed.At last this method is proved correct and feasible in practice.
