摘    要:湿法磷酸生产中磷石膏结晶的好坏直接影响料浆过滤性能和晶间磷损失,从而影响磷矿萃取率。在萃取中添加表面活性剂可以改善磷石膏结晶。综述了国内外在此方面的一些研究,简要阐述了表面活性荆在影响磷石膏结晶方面的作用机理,并指出了研究中存在的问题及前景。

Abstract:The filtration rate and eutectic phosphorus loss greatly depend on the characteristics of the phosphogypsum crystallization in WPA production. Some surfactants added in extraction process can change the phosphogypsum crystallization and increase the reaction efficiencies. The domestic and international research achievements are reviewed. The mechanism of the surfactant effects on the phosphogypsum crystallization is briefly explained, and the problems and prospects are pointed out.
