固定管板式换热器管板与换热管的可靠性分析

摘    要:主要利用ANSYS有限元软件对固定管板式换热器管板与换热管进行应力分析,获得了该结构的应力强度分布图,可知该结构的最大应力强度发生在筒体与管板的连接处,最大应力强度为160.133 MPa。然后在应力分析的基础上,利用ANSYS有限元软件中的蒙特卡罗法对该结构进行可靠性分析,经过分析获得了其在置信度为95%且初值极限状态Z〈0(Z=σs-σmax),其中σs为材料的屈服强度,σmax为容器在使用过程中出现的最大应力)的情形下的概率平均值为3.264 8%,即说明容器的可靠度为96.735 2%,并绘制了Z在置信度为95%的情形下的分布图和输出结果参数的灵敏度图,通过此次分析证明了该固定管板式换热器管板与换热管结构是安全可靠的。

Abstract:Through stress analysis of tube plates and tubes in fixed tube-sheet heat exchanger by ANSYS finite element software,their stress intensity distributions were obtained,the stress intensity distribution showed that the maximum stress intensity occurred the connected position of tube plate and cylinder,and the maximum stress intensity value was 160.133 MPa.Based on the stress analysis,reliability of the heat exchanger tube plates and tubes was analyzed by Monte—Carlo method in ANSYS finite element software.The obtained mean probability was 3.264 8% when confidence level of the tube plate and tubes was 95% and initial limit state Z 0(Z =σs-σmax),σs was yield strength of material andσmax was the maximum stress occurred during using the heat exchanger.In other words,the reliability of the heat exchanger was 96.735 2%,distribution and sensitivity of output parameters under 95% confidence level were mapped,the analysis results showed that the heat exchanger tube plate and tubes was safe.
