摘    要:用聚合氯化铝(PAC)、多糖(PS)和改性淀粉(MS)为主要组分制备出自来水复合絮凝剂,其最佳体积配比为质量分数0.1%的PAC∶质量分数0.01%的PS∶质量分数3%的MS=30∶6∶7。与传统自来水絮凝剂聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)相比,该复合絮凝剂处理原水后的出水浊度下降3.35%,铝离子含量下降56.17%,药剂成本下降5.42%。性价比优势明显,特别是在降低铝离子浓度方面效果显著。出水铝离子浓度仅为0.071 mg/L,远低于我国自来水铝离子浓度0.2 mg/L的出水标准,使自来水更加安全,在我国自来水处理领域具有重要的推广应用价值。

Abstract:A novel tap water flocculant was prepared under volume proportion of 0.1% PAC ∶0.01% PS ∶3% MS = 30 ∶6 ∶7.Compared with traditional chemical flocculant poly aluminum ferric chloride(PAFC),the turbidity in water-exit treated by the novel flocculant was decreased by 3.35%,aluminum ion content and medicament cost were decreased by 56.17% and by 5.42%,respectively.The performance-price ratio of this composite flocculant was higher than that of traditional flocculants.This flocculant had great effect on decreasing concentration of Al3+,which in water-exit was only 0.071 mg/L,lower than our nation quality standards of tap water(0.2 mg/L,GB5749-2006).This novel composite flocculant is safer than conventional flocculants.So it has important significance of extending and application in the tap water treatment.
