| 摘 要： | 随着消费者对农产品需求的不断提高和农产品中毒事件的时有发生,农产品质量安全已经成为产业界、相关政府部门和学术界关注的焦点。由于农产品质量安全涉及"从农田到餐桌"供应链的全过程,加上我国农产品质量安全研究起步较晚,因此,我国农产品质量安全问题显得尤为复杂。为了推进我国农产品质量安全问题的深入研究,尽快构建我国农产品质量安全标准体系,本文从国内外不同角度对蔬菜质量安全控制的研究加以系统阐述和评述。 |
