井口回压对站外集油系统的影响

摘    要:通过分析油井回压对油井产量、抽油机耗电量、集油系统的影响,得出了抽油机的耗电量基本不受回压高低的影响,但由于井口油套连通工艺,回压会对套压造成影响,进而改变生产压差影响产量的结论。并对回压对掺水系统的影响进行了计算,得出适当提高回压有利于减少地面投资及运行费用,达到节能降耗的目的的结论。

Abstract:By analyzing influence of well back pressure on oil well output,power consumption of beam pumping unit and oil gathering system,it was concluded that the back pressure has no influence on the power consumption of beam pumping unit;However,due to connection of casing and tubing,back pressure has influence on casing pressure,so the back pressure can influence on output.At the meantime,influence of back pressure on blending system was calculated.The results show that to appropriately raise the back pressure ca...
