摘    要:以Al(Et)2Cl/TiCl4为催化剂对1-癸烯齐聚制备润滑油基础油的合成实验进行研究。考察了不同主催化剂、催化剂用量、Al/Ti摩尔比、反应时间和反应温度对PAO的影响。结果表明,以Al(Et)2Cl/TiCl4为催化剂在50℃下反应4 h制备PAO是可行的,并且产物收率高,性能优良。

Abstract:Synthesis of lube base oil from 1-decene over Al(Et)2Cl/TiCl4 catalyst was studied.Effect of catalyst type,catalyst dosage,Al/Ti molar ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature on properties of obtained polymer alpha-olefin(PAO)were investigated.The results show that it is feasible to prepare PAO with Al(Et)2Cl/TiCl4 as catalyst under 50 ℃ for 4 h,yield of oligomer is high and property of product is well.
