| 摘 要： | 食品质量可追溯体系是实现"从田间到餐桌"的全程质量控制的有效途径之一。本文利用四川60家食用农产品企业的调研数据,分析了质量可追溯体系对企业成本和收益的影响,阐述了食用农产品企业申请实行质量可追溯体系的主要困难和希望得到的支持,并提出了相应的结论和政策建议。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the agro-products quality traceability system is one of the effective ways to achieve quality control of from field to table.Based on the questionnaire of 60 enterprises in Sichuan province,this paper analysed the influence of quality traceability system on cost and benefit of the enterprises and then elaborated the difficulty in enterprises of quality traceability system implement and the government support that enterprises hope.Finally,relative conclusions and suggestions were pointed... |
