| 摘 要： | 将大规模定制技术应用到住宅产业中,对MC住宅与传统住宅的性能、成本和价值进行了综合比较分析,论证了MC住宅的巨大发展潜力和优势,对于市场需求巨大、市场竞争日益激烈、个性化要求日益增加的住宅产业来说,可以采用MC生产方式,且具有广阔的发展前景。

| Abstract: | This paper made use of the technology of Mass Customization in housing industry,compared the performance,cost and value between MC house and traditional house,and demonstrated the hugely developmental potential and advantage,lastly summarized that the MC producing mode can be used in the housing industry. MC producing mode has extensively developmental foreground for the housing industry which has the huge demand,drastic competition and increasing individuation requirement. |
