扩大华中与西北电网联网规模的可行性研究

摘    要:利用华中科技大学编写的电力电量平衡计算程序,对扩大联网规模前后的华中与西北电网进行了电力电量平衡计算,详细分析了扩大联网规模给上述电网带来的用电效益。从西北与华中地区的能源分布情况入手,分析了2大电网整体能源的流向,并根据2大电网水文特性的差异,计算了扩大联网规模所带来的错峰效益。根据综合分析结果,本文指出扩大华中与西北电网的联网规模有利于充分发挥华中与西北电网的优势、实现更大范围的资源优化配置、获得更大的联网效益。

Abstract:By means of the power consumption balance-calculating program made by Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the authors calculate the power consumption balance before and after enlarging interconnection scale of Central China Power Grid with Northwest China Power Grid, analyze the power consumption benefit brought by enlarging interconnection scale in detail. Starting with the energy resource distribution in Northwest China area and Central China area, the whole flow directions of energy resources in the two power grids are analyzed; based on the difference of hydrologic properties of Central China Power Grid and Northwest China Power Grid, the peak load staggering benefit after the enlarged scale of interconnection is calculated. According to the results of comprehensive analyses, it is favorable to fully bring the superiority of Central China Power Grid and Northwest China Power Grid into play, as well as to implement optimal resource configuration in even larger scale to achieve more benefit of interconnection by enlarging interconnection scale of Central China Power Grid with Northwest China Power Grid.
